Important Setup Notes:
Requires DC Electrode Negative (DCEN) polarity – connect torch to negative terminal and earth clamp to positive. Use knurled V-groove drive rollers to prevent slipping or damage to the tubular wire. Post-weld slag requires chipping hammer and wire brush for cleaning.
