The Harris Type Model 28 is a heavy-duty, one-piece oxy-fuel hand cutting torch designed for industrial steel cutting and heating using oxygen and acetylene or alternative fuel gases.
Cutting Capacity: Cuts steel up to 350 mm thick using acetylene, and up to 500 mm using propane or alternative fuels.
Design: Built with durable stainless steel tubing in in-line or triangular configuration and a solid forged brass head and lever for maximum strength and service life.
Nozzle Compatibility: Uses the tip-mix principle and fits standard Harris 2890-F or 2890 series cutting nozzles.
Control: Features precise valve construction and a trigger/lever control for the cutting oxygen blast. Ideal for professional metalworking, fabrication, and industrial applications requiring reliable oxy-fuel cutting performance.
